Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa
Problem:
Lakeview was experienceing a decline in sales due to low brand visibility
and competition from new regional resorts in Pennsylvania, Ohio,
Virginia, and West Virginia.
Solution:
Tailored Marketing began by creating a new brand identity for the
resort. This included the redesign of their logo, collateral material,
and website. A year-long strategic marketing plan was created that
included print, billboards, radio, events, and public relations.
A Lakeview representative was positioned as a guest on radio shows
and interviewed for print media to talk about a variety of topics
from golf to the travel industry. Tailored Marketing also consulted
them on how to maximize their involvement in the Tri-state PGA Masters.
Results:
Lakeview experienced a number of positives, including an increase
in market share as well as a raise in brand awareness.
